Happy Thanksgiving! Today I am thankful for friendship. I have so many good friends. Some friends are life long friends and some I have only known a short time, but I cherish them all. Thank you all for being my friends!
This week takes us back to September 2005. My friend Tammey and I had just finished making our girls these dresses and they were thrilled. I love that these girls are still such great friends 10 years later even though 300 miles separate them. They recently had a short visit after almost 3 years apart and it was as if no time had passed. Of course, they are now way too cool to wear anything we make 🙂
Today I am thankful for friendship. Friends are wonderful to have. I have made many friendships over the years. I have some friends who I have known since starting school or even earlier. These friends have known me for most of my life and we have a very special bond even if we only talk occasionally and see one another every few years. I have friends I met in middle and high school who I feel the same way about. I also have friends whom I met in college or at work and others who I became friends with through our kids. I have some friends who I have so much in common with that it is scary and others that are very different than me. To all of my friends- Thank you for being my friend!
