Happy Thanksvember! Each November, I share photos of things I am thankful for each day of the month. I am pretty sure I will be thankful for many of the same things each year, but hopefully my photos of them will change. I am going to start things off with ice cream. I love ice cream. All ice cream. In the fall, I love to get pumpkin ice cream. Around Christmas, there is eggnog ice cream which makes me think of my brother Bill, and in the summer there is soft serve at the ice cream stands. I love Friendly’s mint chocolate chip and Haagen Daz chocolate peanut butter ice creams the most. I love ice cream as sundaes, as milkshakes and in cones. I love ice cream in any form I can get it. I am thankful for this oh so yummy treat.
